Mondon" corner card envelope to Chinkiang (2.8) bearing large figures surcharge 1½mm. setting on Dowager 1st printing 2c. on 2ca. green horizontal pair, one stamp also basic stamp variety of "Flying Bat", deep rich colour exemplificative of the first printing, mainly large margins, slightly pulled perf. at left, characteristic centring to lower left, cancelled by "Shanghai" dollar dater in brown, extremely fine and in the very top echelon of rarities of the Ching Dynasty. Irrefutably the most important Dowager cover extant; of the highest exhibition calibre. Chan 67.
