Not quite!! I only observed the rule when I know there are, or possible there are. police near by. I once drove 190 km at 120 km zone limit when I was young.

Congratulations!
Ma's catalog mentioned this stamp as you pointed out.
This stamp is also mentioned in the book edited by Liu Bo Xian "The Monograph Characteristics of Cliches of Dragons Stamps of China 1878-1885)" 《大龙版模特征专述》， it is in page 96 and 162. It also shows position in the page 166.

I drove in Canada for eight years but never got a speeding ticket!! The reasons were : 1) the RCMP hid themselves at the shrubs of the road divider or under the flyovers where I'll slow down. 2) the drivers on the other side would give me a signal by flashing the head lights.  On the other hand,  I got my tickets in the city for U turns, not stop at stop sign or passing in the school zone.  dowager1894 发表于 2014-11-28 11:19

I was told by Mr. Ruan that he doesn't need to drive to work in Shanghai every day, as someone will pick him up. Does he have a private driver? If yes, he is a real important figure in his company as well as on Hua You Wang.

i have no doubt on the above quote except
he is not a real important figure in his company but he is a real real real important figure in his company. He never receives speeding tickets as he never drives. He got a private driver !!

Dr. Carl Marx once said "capitalists always take every opportunity to exploit working class". Engles supported his friend’s theory that bourgeoisie as a collection smells.

What we have observed above is a typical window of the united campaign organized by capitalists in developed regions against working class people in a developing country:  

- a capitalist situated in a comfortable chair in New Zealand, smoking cigar;

- a big cow in Hong Kong whose invisible hands (usually in black color when visible) control nearly 1/4 world trade of the Dowager stamps, drinking Martel; and

- a quasi-bourgeoisie in the States, relentlessly engaging in profit taking.

And I don't even own a car. Why exploit my right to a driver in socialist society?
