1889 (12 Jan.) red-band envelope to the Commissioner of Customs at Swatow (arrival d.s.), showing on reverse "Customs/Canton" double-ring origin d.s., and bearing on front Hong Kong 5c. cancelled "B62", with "Hong Kong/A" c.d.s. (12.1) adjacent, a small part of the red band has been torn away just affecting the last two letters of the Customs cancellation, very fine usage originating in the Customs Post which mailed the letter to Hong Kong for transmission through the British Post Office to Swatow, the 5c. stamp paying the interport rate for Treaty Ports.
我理解是广州海关---------香港(只为由英邮局转)-----汕头英客邮----汕头海关。
