This seller on eBay is at least more "carefully", maybe he already knew these stamps have a fake overprint or he don't have any clue and just hope they are genuine. They are not "Bogus" as offered, they are just forgeries (but the basic stamps is genuine ;)):

An eBay seller in Hongkong (destamp888) try to get rid of some very bad forgeries.

Better not buy from this guy. Two possibilities:
a.) he may have no idea about stamps
b.) he is a cheater

Both are reason to avoid this seller.

From the scans the lots 10659 10660 10661 are forgeries.

I wasn't 100% sure (only 99%) because of the small scan so I didn't state them as forgery. At least very doubtful.

F.Z.CHUN 常见于加盖在中国古典邮票和蒙古早期邮票的背面。
其中加盖于中国古典邮票的，可信度较高。而加盖于蒙古邮票的，因陈复祥并非蒙古邮票鉴定专家，为其提供蒙古邮票来源的中国天津和满洲哈尔滨为早期蒙古赝品的重要来源地，陈复祥为大量赝品票背书，也在后来沦为国际笑话。
