very good reference book by an expert from Taiwan . many rarities of empress dowager stamps and it's surcharges . I have got several letters from the author mr chen,all have the commerative cancels of the dowager stamps and it's possible that this kind of cancel was designed for the 110th anniversary of the issue of these stamps.
