Question good or bad

Please take a look at the surcharge 50元 / 100元

They are very different. Anybody can explain this? If one is forgery, which one is the fake?

Hi Hsinyen, please go to GOOGLE, type in 湖北人民邮政中州五拾元， There are many articles
written on all these stamps. Unfortunately all of them were written in Chinese. Hope it
helps. However I am looking forward to your experiences on the forgeries on these stamps.
