Open Questions proof, Revenue, black

I have some open questions and hope someone might be help me

This stamp I found in an old collection, it looks like as a revenue stamp from Liberated Area which were issued in blue (bit bigger in a more detailled design). I was told this one might be a bogus / forgery, but without any background information. In the catalogue from H.C. PAAU (Revenue stamps from Liberated Area) from 1987 he mention on page 9 a black "proof" might exits.

Maybe someone has more information?

这些票存在二三十年或以上了

都是真的,在八十年代首版区票目录上有载,笫2版区票目录就去掉了,
我手中曾有过几套,那时价廉,纸质很薄,目前已很多年末见过,
可惜俞炳森等早去

Really hard to call it is a genuine one or fake, but I trust that it is a fake one since we do not have any significant evidence up to now
to prove it as a genuine. And later catalog publish in China had withdraw it, perhaps the editor leave it as no comment? I will leave it as BOB.

Thank you for your help. As long new evidence coming out I will define it as BOGUS now. For a forgery it is too far away from any existing stamp

I have another unsolved problem. This overprinted stamps should part of the Liberated Area (廬山區 issue) based on the book "Silver Currency Stamps" from William Jones 1985.

Does anybody have further information?

    文革后百业重新，八十年代新出的区票目录此票载入，出版该区票目录时，大部份老集邮家还健在，第2版再版时此票去掉了，并不是因为假票去掉，而因为是属印花税不属区票而去掉的。
八十年代“杨乃强”目录也载入，后耒就去掉了

   多谢郭老指教！学习了。 但杨目98年版也去掉啦，而很多老前辈也说这枚是假票.....相信谁 ？我是把这枚列为参考票。
