今天早晨冒雨出去看看，想起了刘欢的那一首《昨夜下了一场雨》，只不过这场雨破坏性太强了，以至于到现在交通还处在瘫痪状态。期待老天爷开开晴吧！

    局部地区400多mm。这不是关键的，关键的是我地地处平原地带，上游水库泄洪，洪水来到了下游，造成了严重的内涝。现在人员还在陆续转移中……

比较严重啊！天津还好，预报大暴雨没下，不过前次下的挺大，我家门口水到膝盖了。

这次辽宁受“达维”影响，损失惨重。
盖州是第一重灾区，海城几乎是第二重灾区，而海城地区东四又是第一重灾区。
东四的老百姓前天下午转移完毕，昨天陆续回去了！
海城市只有一所邮局瘫痪，就是东四邮局，估计要5～7天能完全恢复。
辽宁地区（或者说还城地区）抗震很有经验，因为大地老“哆嗦”，但是防台风真的没有经验。
我活了四十多年，还第一次在还城地区感受到台风的威力。
海城距大连300公里，所以一般情况下什么台风也到不了这儿，只不过这次真的例外。
说实话，这只是“达维”的边缘就把海城搞瘫痪了，这要是台风中心那就不敢想象了。
“初恋的不懂爱情”，真的不希望再见到台风了！
