Paris, lovely place to go. I ever went there for a conference some years ago. I remember just in those few days, I even found a stamp market in a park near the Avenue des Champs-élysées. I saw a full set of Yellow Mountains in MNH condition and a lot more, but not cheap at that time. Don't know much french, and not every dealer spoke english as well. After a lot of 'Chine Chine Merci! Merci!', I bought a small dragon. Excited!
