   Agree with your opinion, really hard to judge the genuineness of the perforations but looks like not a later perforated.
   @小卢， The stamp is genuine. . And the forgeries found up to now are easy to judge by eye with very roughly images.
   With poor printing environment and shortage of material,  some stamps were printed at ravine by drawing the die images on stone plate. Different Mao image shapes, color are         found on second print litho. And this become a good collecting topic for second print Shandong War Time Post.
