I bought a similar flag for my friend in China on eBay this summer.  The seller did not want to ship his items for sale on eBay to China. My friend needs my help to bid and then ship the flag to him. Do you know why some American sellers on eBay refuse to ship their items to China?

Hi Robert, Do you know who is the lady on the picture?  I cut the picture from my company newspaper many years ago.
