I can't seem to keep up with the stamp inflation price in China...

    Another option, if you don't want to buy the Scott catalogue, you might find some free electronic version online. But in my opinion, you'd better spend some money on these catalogues because very few resources are free online and very old as well.  Personally, I am using Stanley Gibbons catalogue and Chan's catalogue for reference.  For Imperial , Republic of China and Taiwan part, Chan's catalogue will be much better.

I check ebay, the 2004 version is 10 buck free shipping. Half.com is better, 2 buck + 4 dollar shipping for 2006 version.....

But 2006 is 7 years ago, I bet most of the stamp price won't be current

是的，Scott 2011 C-F包括了中国的清民国新中国票。 2011版的可能收集到2010的票（出版要周期）。
你可以到EBay去买，旧版不贵，可能十几美金，但是邮费也要六七块吧。
图书馆里现在都应该更换成2013版了（应该有一套旧版出借的，我以前都借过，借了之后可以续2次，也就够了）。若实在不想花很多钱买最新版，也可以在图书馆复印你想要的那几页。更简单快捷的办法是把那几张拍照下来，可以随时查了。

Talking about Scott catalog, I try to borrow it from library, but the library version is read-only at the main library, they don't let you borrow! ( I don't like to go to main library, so hard to find parking)

So I am looking at it online, I need to look for this one, correct

Since China starts with C. So this version should have all the china stamps in the 2010 only Or this means 2011 version, but should have all the China stamps from the 1st set till year of 2010

多问问没关系的，大家也都是对你好。有些人玩笑开惯了，多看看帖子就知道了，大家没有恶意。
如果真想少交学费多学习，建议买本目录（中文也好，Scott也好），这样至少心里有数。
不知道您住在哪里，可以找当地的集邮协会，哪里经常有邮票拍卖或小型邮展。能买到很多又便宜又好的中国票。比在网上或国内买好多了（要不怎么很多人从国外往国内倒邮票呢）。而且当地邮人的票大都是早期买的，假的少。
还有就是建议把华邮网的帖子（你感兴趣的部分）看一遍（这些信息可是免费的），包你不出半月就有长足进步。
