昨天下午收到美国中华集邮会 (CSS) 2017年， 7月份会刊。
很高兴看到这期会刊里有篇文章介绍台湾西螺大桥小型张， 我很高兴， 因为前天我刚好买到这张台湾早期发行的， 也是最好的小型张。

上周末收到5月份美国中华集邮会（CSS）会刊， 这期会刊有几篇文章是介绍满洲国邮史的。我虽然没收集满洲国邮票， 但觉得其中一篇介绍伪满洲国的邮政航空队Manchukuo's Postal Air Fleet 写得很好， 文章最后两张双连票是很罕见的。

  50年了！！！  

今天收到CSS会长H. James Maxwell电邮谓我寄到秘书处Paul Gault的会费$25元已妥收,并说Paul不幸于2015年2月已逝世,$25元可退还也可以捐会,说我己是CSS的永久会员,以后再也不必交会费,已回电邮说$25元可作捐献.前些时收到CSS寄来邮件.一页理事会非常感谢余长时期对会支持旳信件,并附上一说明自1965-66年度就入会迄今达50年的证书,此外也有一枚漂亮可别在衣服上的纪念章,以CSS会嶶为图金底黑色显现飞雁图下方配金色50两字,非常漂亮,但就没有提到我已成为永久会员.按入会40年时也获赠一张纪念证书和一枚纪念嶶章.

No doubt most of the postage fees are 10c, but during 1920's ~1930's, the printed matter rate merely 2c, 3c or even 5c where depends on the year/month of posting.

You are right again. I have checked with another two 1918 Foochow Kuliang covers in my collection, the postage for each mails is 10c.   However, I discovered the postage rate on the several 1920's - 1930's Kuliang covers I have to USA is only 5c.
