Along with Tientsin (Oct 23) transits. On address side with a boxed Tax marking and franked with Netherlands Indies 7-1/2c Postage Due stamp, tied by Batavia/ Centrum (Nov 10) cds. An interesting and rare item. VF-F.
1932年10月20日满洲国沈阳寄荷属印尼明信片，背面贴满普1白塔图3分，7分和10分各一枚，销沿用民国沈阳（文）一年汉英日戳，旁盖天津10月23日中转戳2枚。正面盖有欠资指示章，贴有荷属印尼7分半欠资票，销印尼11月10日日戳。此片为满洲国成立初期经中国出口外国，而中国因不承认满洲国邮票而作欠资处理之实用例（经日本出口者不作欠资处理）。到达国加贴欠资票者实属凤毛麟角，实寄印尼者更少，可谓万中无一！
